摘 要:由两个或两个以上的运输单位或部门为完成特定功能进行共同管理而形成的相互联系、相互制约的交通运输结合部亦称界壳群部位 ,尤其是多种运输方式间相互作用的综合交通枢纽部位已成为管理的重点。运输部门间、企业间的“周边结合部”相互间接口问题变得越来越突出。影响了运输的效率和效益。在开放的市场条件下 。Transport interconnect part (TIP), normally called inter-carrier competition section, is composted of two or more transport enterprises, for instance, comprehensive transportation hub with it's different transport modal enterprises. In this paper we discuss TIP's unstable behavior for opened economic policies and transport environment. Different transport carrier collision and competitiveness makes TIP become important part of management. This emphasis is different from traditional independent transport mode management. The study of transport interconnect part behaviors, it's nonlinear dynamic systematic characteristics and property-chaos, evolution can improve the effect of transportation in TIP, via systems engineering wuli-shili-renli approach, synergitics and management theories. And this is a method to solve TIP's exchanging rate of information, resource and organization among different transport mode or enterprise at boundary. The cooperation of Competitiveness and coexistence can make TIP development under the affect of opened economic and demand factors.
