提高硅橡胶硫化胶耐热性能的研究

摘　　要：探讨了硫化剂、补强剂和耐热添加剂对甲基乙烯基硅橡胶 (MVQ)硫化胶耐热性能的影响。结果得出 ,采用 4～ 5份过氧化物DCP作主硫化剂、2份过氧化物DBPMH作助硫化剂、40份沉淀法白炭黑作补强剂、11～ 15份氢氧化铁作耐热添加剂 ,可使MVQ硫化胶的耐热温度达到 30 0℃。The influence of curatives,reinforcing fillers and anti-heat agent on the heat resistance of MVQ vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that MVQ vulcanizate could be used at the elevated temperature up to 300 ℃ by using 4～5 phr of DCP as main curing agent,2 phr of DBPMH as secondary curing agent,40 phr of silica as filler,and 11～15 phr of iron hydroxide as anti-heat agent.
