摘  要:喷嘴是空气变形工艺的心脏部件。研究变形丝变形机理,对于提高变形丝的质量,增加花色品种,降低能耗,具有重要意义。本文通过机理分析,采用实验测试结合工艺试验的方法研究喷嘴对变形丝的作用机理,所得出的结果被证明是正确的。这些结果有助于深化对变形丝成形过程的认识,并且首先使这种认识建立在科学实验的基础之上。Nozzles are the key components of air jet texturing machines, therefore studies about their function have important meaning for the improvement of quality and variety as well as the reduction of energy consumption of textured yarn. Investigations are made on nozzles of Du Pont and Hema type by the methods of mechanism analysis and experimental test with technological practis the texturing effect and mechanism of nozzles on filaments were also discussed and the result obtained was proved to be correct, it is helpful in the deepening of cognition with respect to the formation process of textured yarns.
