维纶差别化纤维的开发方向与应用

摘　　要：从分析维纶和PVA的结构特点与性能特点出发,探讨了开发服用型维纶差别化纤维的局限性,论证了开发产业用维纶差别化纤维的可能性和必要性。指出:服用型维纶差别化纤维中,唯有阻燃性维氯纶和有色维纶还值得注意开发和生产;工业用缝纫线、防寒纱、水溶性维纶、高强高模纤维等产业用维纶差别化纤维新产品,很有发展前途,建议进一步深入开发,尽快地转化为生产力。On the basis of analysis about structure and property characteristics of PVA fiber, the author explained the limitation of development of apparel use PVA differential fiber and proved the possi-blity as well as the necessity of development of industrial PVA differential fiber. Among the former only the flame retardant PVC/PVA blend fiber and the spun-dyad PVA fiber are worthy to be produced, while for industrial use there are a lot of new varieties which have broad prospects such as machine sewing thread, rope for heat insulation, water soluble fiber, high tenacity and modulus fiber etc. suggestion is made to develop them and turn to products as early as possible.
