摘　　要：唾液酸(Sialic acid)即N-乙酰神经氨酸(NANA)是多种多糖粘蛋白及糖蛋白与某些脂类的组分之一,是这些物质发挥生物效应的重要功能部分,与细胞间的接触抑制、细胞的癌变及肿瘤的消长情况有密切的关系。Sialic acid in serum from 66 normal subjects and 66 patients with malignant tumour was determined with ITP.The concentration of sialic acid in serum from the 66 patients with malignant tumour was 91.68±17.11 mg/dl,and that from normal group was 65.30±3.68 mg/dl.The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.01).The reproducibility is excellent,with CV=0.39% forthe standard and 2.45 % for the sample,and the relationship between zone length and concentration is good,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995.So that ITP is recommended as a good method for the determination of sialic acid in serum.
