摘　　要：用铽改性SBN晶体能有效地改善晶体的性质。实验测量了铽改性Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6晶体的电容率和热电系数。实部ε'r1和虚部ε''r1分别在100K和55K附近有峰。电容率的温度系数TCεr3和TCεr1在55K附近都峰化。在90K以下,检测出犤100犦方向存在热电性。这些实验结果证明,该晶体存在低温铁电-铁电相变。The dielectric permittivity and pyroelectric coefficient of Tb -modif ied Sr 0.61Ba 0.39Nb2O6crystals were measured.There is a peak of the real partε'r1and the imaginary partε″r1around 100K and 55K respectively.And both the te mperature coefficients peaks of the permittivity,TCεr3and TCεr1,are around 55K.Below 90K,pyroelectricity is detected along thedirection.These experi -mental results evidence a low temperature ferroelectric -ferroelectric phase transition in these crystals.
