摘　　要：对热浸铝的历史进行了简要回顾 ,分析了其镀层组织结构及形成机理。在此基础上 ,讨论了添加元素和外场作用对于热浸镀铝的影响 ,对新出现的超声热镀技术进行了较为详细的分析和介绍 。The paper mainly focus on the development of hot dip aluminized coating, and analyzes the composing mechanism of plating process and its microstructure. The influence on element joining and ultrasonic hot dip coating was discussed. Especially, the new technology of galvanizing in ultrasonic field was introduced in detail. Finally, the new idea for further research on hot dip process was suggested.
