摘　　要：介绍了螺旋焊管成型过程中样板的使用情况 ,通过对新旧样板的比较分析 ,指出采用新样板 ,一种规格钢管只须准备一种样板 ,方便了样板的管理与使用。The article introduces the application statues of the sample plate in the spiral pipe forming process. Through comparison analysis on the new and old sample plate,it points out that only one sample plate for one kind of pipe size is needed when the new sample plate is adopted, this is easy to manage and use. Meanwhile the article also gives out the improving direction on the new sample plate.
