摘　　要：茶碱(Theophylinum)化学名称为1,3-二甲基黄嘌呤,是一种用于支气管性和心脏性哮喘的常用原料药。中国药典规定的含量测定方法灵敏度低,文献报道用无水吡啶-0.This paper presents the determination method of theophylinum by GC with 1.5% OV-17+2% OV-210 as liquid phase and azo-benzene as internal standard.Using NP detector and a column temperature of 2451,the linear range found was 0.25-1.25μg,and the recoveries were more than 97.3%.
