摘  要:在气相色谱中,各组分的分离,主要取决于色谱柱的效能和选择性。依据被分析的对象来选择合适的固定相又是色谱分析的关键。为了选择最佳的固定相,除了对所选择的固定相的化学组成、使用温度范围、所用的溶剂有所了解外。Chromatographic stationary phases have been studied by PMR spectroscopy and the polarities of several stationary phases have been estimated.Since the difference in polarities between the similar compounds is able to be recognized from the different spectra of the aromatic and aliphatic protons,the relationship between the stationary phase polarities and the percentage of C6H5-groups in molecules should be obtained.This procedure is generally simpler,faster and more reliable than those most commonly used because the use of the standard column to determine the polarities of stationary phases is not necessary.
