摘　　要：目的:对开放式和封闭式输液的微生物和微粒污染状态进行对照比较。方法:按中国药典不溶性微粒和微生物法进行测定。结果:两种输液中微生物污染无显著差异。但不溶性微粒污染有显著差异。结论:封闭式输液在微粒污染方面明显少于开放式输液。Objective: Two intravenous solutions, the open system with tube and the plastic bag system were compared to determine the microbes and particle contamination. Methods: Microbiological cultured and filtered particle count. Results: The bacterial con-tamination was no significant difference between the open system with tube and the plastic bag system, but the particle contamination of open system with tube was higher than the plastic bag system significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The plastic bag system is better than the open system with tube in particle contamination.
