中药复方根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨中药治疗幽门螺杆菌 (HP)的方法和疗效 ,将 97例HP阳性患者分为中药组 (33例 )、西药组 (32例 )、结合组 (32例 ) ,分别给予清胃冲剂合双黄连口服液 ,德诺合痢特灵 ,清胃冲剂合德诺、痢特灵治疗 ,疗程均为4W。结果 3组疗效无显著差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ;中医不同证型疗效比较显示 ,脾胃湿热型疗效最好。To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Chinese formula in the eradication of helicobactor pylori(HP),97 cases of HP were randomized into Chinese-medicine group(33 cases),western-medicine group(32 cases)and Chinese-western group(32 cases),and then treated respectively by'Stomach-clearing Granule'and'Shuanghuanglian Fluid',De-nol and furazolidone,'Stomach-clearing Granule'and De-nol and furazolidone.They all were treated for 4 weeks.Results showed no differences among the three groups( P >0 05),however,the three formulae worked better in those of spleen-stomach dampness-heat.
