摘　　要：目的 :探讨皮肤软组织偶发分枝杆菌 (MF)感染的临床病理学特征。方法 :对 5 9例局部注射后发生皮肤软组织MF感染病例进行详细的临床及病理学分析。结果 :皮肤软组织MF感染具有局部表现重、病程长 ,治疗困难、病理改变多样化等特点 ;积极进行综合治疗是治愈本病的关键。结论 :皮肤软组织MF感染无论在诊断和治疗上都具有特殊性 。Purpose To observe the clinical and histopathologic characteristics of mycobacterium fortuitum (MF) infection of skin and soft tissues. Methods The clinical and histopathologic data of 59 patients with MF infection secondary to the application of located injection were described. Results MF infection of skin and soft tissues had some important features: ①local signs were heavily; ② the course was long and treatment was difficult; ③pathologic manifestations of MF infection were multiformal. ④combined treatment was the key of curing this disease. Conclusion MF infection of skin and soft tissues has a specificity in its diagnosis and treatment, so it is necessary to have a further study.
