摘  要:目的探讨湿热环境下犬肢体火器伤后外周血中性粒细胞CD11a、CD11b表达的变化规律。方法建立湿热环境下犬肢体枪伤模型,用流式细胞术测定不同时间点外周血中性粒细胞表面CD11a、CD11b的表达情况,并且对创伤区组织进行细菌计数。结果常温常湿组CD11a、CD11b在致伤后即刻以及伤后4h显著增高;与常温常湿组比较,高温高湿组第2峰表达水平显著增高,但下降时间提前;犬习服后可以降低第2峰的高度,并且延长其平台期。细菌记数与两者表达在时间上有相关性。结论CD11a、CD11b表达水平及其变化能够作为疾病不同进展阶段的标志,两者介导了中性粒细胞对伤道外组织损害的炎症过程。Objective To investigatethechangesof CD11aandCD11blevelsinperipheralbloodneutrophils(PMNs)of dogswithgunshotwoundinthelimbinhotandhumidenvironment.Methods Caninemodelsof gunshotwoundinthelimb were establishedand subsequentlykeptin hot and humidenvironment. The dynamicchangesof CD11aand CD11b expressionin PMNs afterinjurywere measuredby meansof mAb-FACS-immunofluorescencetechniqueand bacterial quantificationin the woundperformed.Results The expressionsof CD11aand CD11bin the controlgroup(normal environment)increasedimmediatelyafterinjury,presentinga secondpeakat4h aftertheinjury.Thesecondpeakwas also observedin hot and humidgroupafter4h and was higherbutof shorterdurationcomparedwiththosein controlgroup.Thermo-adaptivetrainingremarkablyprolongedtheplatformstageof thesecondpeakandlowereditslevel.Thequantityof thebacteriainthewoundwascorrelatedwiththeexpressionsof CD11aandCD11b.Conclusions Thelevelsandchangesof CD11aandCD11bmarkthecoursesof diseasedevelopment,andtheirexcessiveexpressioninducesneutrophil-mediated inflammatoryresponseleadingto damageto thenormaltissues.
