摘　　要：目的:建立测定刺五加中紫丁香苷的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用 YMG—C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm)色谱柱,以甲醇—水(1:3.5)为流动相,检测波长为265nm,外标法定量。结果:紫丁香苷在0.045～0.45μg 内呈线性关系,该方法的平均回收率为98.86%(n=5),RSD 为0.72%。结论:此法简便,准确,重现性好。A HPLC method was estabtished for the determination of syringin in Ciwujia. Methods:YMG-C_(18)colum (4.6mm×150mm)was used.The mobile phase consists of methanol- water(1:3.5).The oletection wavelength was at 265nm.eaternal standard method.Results:The linear range of syringin was 0.045～0.45μg.The average recovery were 98.86%(n=5 RSD= 0.72%).Conclusion:The method was simple and convenient accurate and repeatability.
