摘  要:介绍生物接触氧化法处理涤纶生产废水的填料选择和中试运转情况。结果表明:①用软性纤维填料接触氧化法,处理高浓度涤纶有机废水是可行的,处理效果较好,水力停留时间和COD_(cr)容积负荷均优于活性污泥法;②生物接触氧化法具有占地面积小、容积负荷高、耐冲击、运行管理方便、不需污泥回流等优点,在化纤生产过程中完全可以替代活性污泥法;③采用生物接触氧化法——活性污泥法组合工艺最为经济合理。The biological contact oxidation process for treatment of waste from PET fiber production and its running condition in a pilot test with the stress on the choice of fillings are intr oduced, the re suits show:(1) the use of soft fiber fillings for treatment of high concentrated organic waste from polyester fiber production is possible and efficient, the waste retention period and volumetric load of COD1r are longer and higher than active sludge process. (2) the title process has the advantages of less space needed, high volumetric load, resistent to impact, easy to manage and no reflux of sludge which can completely replace the active sludge process in chemical fiber production. (3) the adoption of biological oxidation-active sludge combination, process is most economic and reasonable.
