摘　　要：针对铁路运输各种车辆制动器中所用多种型号的弹簧研制的一种智能检测装置 ,通过该装置中的力传感器和位移传感器拾取的信号 ,经单片机判断处理 ,快速高精度地检测出各类弹簧的性能参数。同时 ,该装置又作为一台下位机 ,可将弹簧各参数及时向上位机进行数据通讯 ,以便集中管理。To all kinds of springs used for the traffic arrester in railroad transportation, we can use the same intellectualized device to pick up signals through the power sensor and displacement sensor in this device, quickly check out of all kinds of spring capability parameters in highspeed thragh judgement and disposal of the microconputer. On the other side, this device can realize data communication with the epigynous computer as a hypogynous computer.
