摘　　要：目的　评价不同手术方式治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的临床效果。方法　对近 1 9年来采用不同手术方法治疗的 96例尿道狭窄或闭锁病例进行总结。结果　直视下尿道内切开术效果优于经会阴开放性尿道手术。结论　在有适应证的情况下 ,直视下尿道内切开术是治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁较理想的方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of different operations on urethrostenosis or urethroatresia.?Methods Excision and re anastomosis of the bulbous urethra ,transperineal anastomosis of the posterior urethra and transurethral urethrotomy was carried out for 96 cases urethrostenosis or urethroatresia in the past 19 years. The technique and the therapeutic results was discussed.?Results Transurethral urethrotomy has a high rate of success.?Conclusion Transurethral urethrotomy is more satisfactory than other operations for urethrostenosis or urethroatresia.
