润滑油添加剂对激光改性球墨铸铁抗磨性能的影响

摘  要:采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机考察了激光改性球墨铸铁(QT450-10)的抗磨性能。结果表明,激光处理的球墨铸铁具有理想的表面形貌和较高的表面硬度,在润滑油添加剂的作用下,其抗磨性能提高1~2个数量级。对常用的6种添加剂的测试发现,其抗磨能力依次为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)=二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDTP)>磷酸三甲酚酯(TCP)>硼化油酸甘油酯(BOG)>硫化异丁烯(SO)>氯化石蜡(CP)>液体石蜡(LP),承载能力顺序与此类似。同时采用SEM和EDS对磨斑表面形貌和元素的面分布进行了研究。Nodular cast iron specimens were treated by laser microprecision technology. The friction and wear behavior of the modified samples were investigated on a SRV testing machine. The results showed that laser microprecision treatment can offer nodular cast iron a good surface topography and high rigidity, which are beneficial to tribology properties under lubrication with additives. The wear-resistance can be increased one or two orders of magnitude. This paper selested 6 additives in liquid paraffin oil their wear-resistance are ranged by the order: Zinc dialkydithiophosphate (ZDDP)>Molybdenum dialkydithiophosphate (MoDTP) >Tricresyl phosphate (TCP)>sulphurized olefin(SO)> boroning oleic acid glyceride(BOG)>chlorinated paraffin(CP). In addition, the surface topography and element distribution were analyzed by Scanning electrical microscope(SEM) and Energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDS) as well.
