摘　　要：对UD2 2车型前车体左、右侧第二横梁进行了产品分析 ,针对该件深度较深、型面复杂、孔多且不在一个方向上等特点 ,进行了冲压工艺分析 ,并介绍了吊楔冲孔模的模具结构。This article analyzes the MBR CROSS 2 ND,LH?RH of CAB BODY about UD22.It analyzes in detail the stamping technology based on feature of deeper forming depth,complex shape and many holes on different direction.It introduces the structure of flying cam punch die,and discusses the reasonableness of the stamping technology.
