摘 要:对SPKA112 0 0型离合器式螺旋压力机的隔振基础进行了振动计算与测试。结果表明 ,打击期间滑块的惯性力是激起压力机及其基础垂向振动的主要原因 ,其激振效果近似等效于对机身施加一量值等于滑块动量变化量的冲量 ;飞轮及螺杆的惯性矩是激起压力机及其基础扭转振动的原因 ,其激振效果近似等效于对机身施加一量值等于打击期间飞轮及螺杆动量矩变化量的冲量矩 ;机身伸缩振动很小 ,远小于垂向惯性力激起的振动 。A calculation and measurement is made of vibration for foundation of a vibration isolated clutch press Model SPKA11200, the result of which shows that the vertical vibration of the press and its foundation is mainly excited by the initial force of the ram during blowing In excitation effects, the force is approximately equal to an impulse which is the moment difference of the ram before and after blowing The inertial moment of the flywheel and the screw is the cause of twisting vibration, and the excitation effect of the moment is approximately equal to an impulse moment which is also the moment difference of momentum of the flywheel and the screw before and after blowing The inner vibration of the column of the press is very small, far less than the vertical vibration caused by the inertial force of the ram, and it, therefore, is negligible
