摘　　要：介绍了德兴大山选矿厂后 3万t/d碎矿系统生产现状、存在问题及为达产达标而进行的技术改造。主要对原矿、碎矿、磨矿生产能力进行了平衡 ,并更新了中、细碎破碎机、单筛等设备。改造后生产能力、筛分效率、系统运转率均有较大提高。Production condition, existing problems and technical improvements of 30000t/d crushing flowsheet in the second period at Dashan Dressing Plant in Dexing copper mine are introduced in this article. The improvements include balance among ore throughput, crushing and grinding, renewal of secondary crushing, fine crushing and screening equipments. Through improvement, there are a great increase in the production capacity, screening efficiency and system operating rate .
