摘 要:以准确预测高频隔振效果为目的,基于多维系统阻抗分析的观点,采用子结构导纳分析法,研究了非对称性和多支承间的耦合作用对柔性多支承隔振系统的隔振效果之影响,首先系统地导出任意多支承非对称柔性隔振系统的传递率及响应此的解析表达式,进而分析各种参数情况下非对称性对隔振效果的影响,揭示系统的各动态特性参数对隔振效果的影响规律,并给出实际系统可作对称简化处理的数量界限,从而为高频隔振效果的准确预测以及合理有效的隔振设计提供依据。To accurately predict efficiency of audible frequency vibration isolation,on the basis of multidimensional system impendance analysis and by means of substructure mobility meth od,investigates the effects of asymmetricity and interaction among antivibration mounting points upon isolation efficiency of nonrigid system.Systematically derives the formulae for Transmissibility and Response Ratio governing the transmission of a machine mounted by any number of isolators placed asymmetically on nonrigid foundation simulated by beams, in which the coupling existed among isolators is considered. Further, analyses the asymme- tricity effect on isolation efficiency under various system conditions, and then reveals the laws for influence of each system characteristic parameter on isolation. Finally presents quantitative limits for actual system to be symmetrically simplified,Thereby the bases for accurate prediction and more reasonable design are provided.
