摘 要:采用以草酸作为惟一碳源的培养基筛选草酸降解菌 ,获得对培养基pH具有明显调节作用的 3株代表菌 :AODU 1,AODd 2 和AODd 3 。用高效液相色谱系统 (HPLC)测定其草酸降解率 ,其中AODU 1的草酸降解率最高。用草酸降解菌AODU 1,W 1和WB (W 1与油菜菌核病菌拮抗菌B2 的混合物 )对菌核病进行油菜离体叶片的室内防病试验以及油菜的田间防治试验。在室内试验中 ,经AODU 1处理后 ,油菜叶片菌核病的发病率与病斑面积分别比对照减少 4 4 75 %和5 5 2 9% ;而经W 1处理后则分别比对照减少 5 0 2 8%和 6 7 0 6 %。在田间试验中 ,经AODU 1、W 1和WB处理后 ,油菜病株率与病情指数均比对照显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。The medium with oxalic acid(OA)as the exclusive carbon source was chosen to isolate bacteria that can decompose OA,and three bacteria,that is AOD U?1 ,AOD d?3 and AOD d?2 ,were isolated.They all can significantly adjust the pH of the medium.Then HPLC was used further to test the OA decomposed ratio of the bacteria.The results showed that AOD U?1 had the highest OA decomposed ratio.The experiment of control effect of AOD U?1 ,W?1,WB(the mixture of W?1 and B 2 an antibiotic bacterium to S.sclerotiorum)on S.sclerotiorum was carried out both on the inoculated rape leaves in the lab and on the rapes in the fields.In the lab,the disease rate and the average area of disease lesion dropped 44 75% and 55 29% respectively on the leaves treated by AOD U?1 than that of the check and dropped 50 28% and 67 06% respectively on the leaves treated by W?1.The results of field experiment indicated that the percentage of diseased plant and the disease index were more significantly decreased on rapes treated by AOD U?1 ,W?1 and WB respectively than on the check(P<0 05).
