摘  要:测定了褐飞虱敏感品系和两个实验室选育的抗有机磷品系的交互抗性。结果表明 :有机磷杀虫剂和氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂之间存在交互抗性 ;两个抗性品系对拟除虫菊酯类和吡虫啉均无明显的交互抗性。通过建立两个抗性品系和敏感品系的生命表 ,发现抗性品系适合度显著下降 ,低龄若虫存活率和羽化率低 ,成虫寿命缩短 ,卵历期延长 ;在繁殖上均表现为交配率、产卵量和孵化率下降 ;马拉硫磷抗性品系还表现为若虫历期延长。用种群数量趋势指数 (I)来确定两个抗性品系的相对生物适合度 ,发现与敏感品系相比 ,甲胺磷抗性品系和马拉硫磷抗性品系的相对适合度仅分别为 0 4 9和0 19。认为Bioassay was carried out to evaluate the cross resistance in two lab selected OP resistant strains of Nilaparvata lugens (Stl).The results indicated that the cross resistance to organophosphorus and carbamate insecticides was obvious in these two strains,but none was found with pyrethroids and imidacloprid.The effects of resistance on the fitness of Nilaparvata lugens (Stl) were evaluated in terms of developmental and reproductive characteristics by constructing and comparing the life tables of the two resistant strains(R me ?R ma )with that of the susceptible strain(S).The results revealed that both R me and R ma strains shown developmental disadvantages including prolonged egg duration,lower larval survival rate,lower adult emergence rate and shorter female duration,and reproductive disadvantages such as lower copulation rate,effective fecundity and hatchability.Yet,R ma possessed the prolonged larva duration when compared with the other two strains.The fitness of the two resistant strains was determined by comparing the population number tendency index(I)with the susceptible strain as standard.The relative fitness value for R me strain was calculated to be 0 49 and the R ma strain was only 0 19.It was thought that the lower relative fitness in resistant strains contributed to the slow development of resistance in Nilaparvata lugens to these insecticides.
