摘  要:在饲粮中添加不同水平 (0 ,2 5 ,5 0 ,75mg·kg-1)的有机砷制剂洛克沙生 ,研究其对肉鸭生产性能、组织内残留及组织病变的影响。结果表明 :肉鸭生产性能随洛克沙生的添加量增加而下降 ,各试验组的肉鸭增重均显著低于对照组(P <0 0 5 ) ,尤以 75mg·kg-1组为最低 ;饲料转化率亦最差 ,而 5 0mg·kg-1组饲料转化率最高。试鸭患腿病数及组织中砷残留量均随洛克沙生添加量增加而明显提高 ,添加 5 0和 75mg·kg-1时 ,患腿病鸭分别达 8 1%和 2 5 6 % ;肝脏中砷含量分别达 2 72和 2 2 3mg·kg-1;75mg·kg-1组肌肉中砷残留量达 0 5 2mg·kg-1,均超过了FDA规定的允许残留量。血液及爪中的砷残留量受添加量影响较小。公鸭组织砷残留量高于母鸭。停药 5d后 ,各试验组鸭组织和血液中砷残留量均显著下降。组织病理学检查表明 ,随洛克沙生添加量增加 ,肝、脾脏病变程度加重。The experiments were conducted to study the effect of organic arsenic (Roxarsone)on the performance,tissue arsenic residue and tissue pathogenic change of meat strain ducks fed with diets supplemented with different levels(0,25,50 and 75 mg·kg -1 )of Roxarsone.The results showed that the performance of ducks was depressed with increasing level of Roxarsone,and there was a significant decline(P<0 05)for bodyweight gain of ducks fed Roxarsone in diets,compared with control group.There were the lowest bodyweight gain and feed conversion ratio(feed/gain)for 75 mg·kg -1 group,but 50 mg·kg -1 group had the highest feed conversion ratio.The number of duck suffered from leg disease and arsenic residue in tissue increased with increasing supplementation level of Roxarsone.The rate of duck had leg diseases reached 8 1% and 25 6% for 50 mg·kg -1 and 75 mg·kg -1 groups,respectively.The arsenic residue in the liver of ducks were 2 72 and 2 23 mg·kg -1 ,for 50 and 75 mg·kg -1 group,and 0 52 mg·kg -1 in muscle for 75 mg·kg -1 group.However,the arsenic content of blood and toe nail had little response to Roxarsone addition level.The tissue arsenic redsidue of the male was higher than that of the female.The arsenic content in tissue and blood declined significantly after 5 days′ drug free.The tissue pathogenic change in liver and spleen increased for ducks with enhanced addition level of Roxarsone by the tissue pathological examination.
