雷氏普罗威登菌引致中华鳖脏器脓肿

摘　　要：江苏省某养殖场饲养的中华鳖发生败血症 ,特征为肺脏、脾脏等内脏广泛形成干酪样结节。从病鳖内脏分离到一种革兰氏阴性杆菌 ,兼性厌氧 ,丙氨酸脱羧酶阳性 ,利用柠檬酸盐、吲哚和甲基红反应均为阳性 ,发酵甘露醇、肌醇、甘露糖 ,产酸。经鉴定为雷氏普罗威登菌 (Providenciarettgeri)。药敏试验表明 ,该菌对羧苄青霉素、先锋霉素、SMZ +TMP、氟哌酸、恩诺沙星敏感。以分离菌腹腔注射感染健康中华鳖 ,接种鳖 1周后陆续发病死亡 ,并从其体内分离到同种细菌。Three strains were isolated from the lung and liver of diseased soft shelled turtles.After biochemical testing and detection of Vitek auto identification system,the isolates were identified Providencia rettgeri.The germs are gram negative,straight rods,positive for phenylalanine deaminase.Oxidase,arginine dihydrolase,lysine and orinthine decarboxylase are negative.Acid production from inositol,mannitol,mannitose,but not from trehalose.Positive for nitrates reduced to nitrtes,indole production,methyl red reaction.Citrate are utilized,negative for voges proscauer reaction.The isolate is highly sensitive to Carbenicillin,Enrofloxacin,Cephalothin etc.P.rettgeri was reported for the first time as a pathogen of shoft shelled turtle.
