摘 要:为考察在饲料中添加柠檬酸对罗非鱼生长的影响 ,采用 30 0尾平均体重为 1 0 .3g的全雄奥尼罗非鱼鱼种 ,在基础饲料 (对照组 )中分别添加 0 .1 5 %、 0 .30 %、 0 .4 5 %柠檬酸。经 37d饲养后 ,各组增重率分别为 1 5 2 .4 %、 1 5 8.5 %、 1 71 .5 %和 1 70 .9% ,饲料系数为 1 .5 8、 1 .4 9、 1 .4 5和 1 .4 6 ,添加 0 .30 %柠檬酸和0 .4 5 %柠檬酸分别提高罗非鱼增重率 1 2 .5 % ( P<0 .0 5 )和 1 1 .2 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,降低了饲料系数 ,每公斤鱼体增重成本分别下降 0 .2 7元和 0 .2 2元。回归分析结果表明 ,柠檬酸的适宜添加水平为 0 .2 8%~ 0 .34 %。In order to investigate the effects of adding citric acid on the growth of tilapia, 300 healthy fish with an average weight 10 3 g,was separated randomly into 4 groups and fed basal diet with 0 15%,0 30%,0 45% citric acid or without for 37 The results showed that the body weight gain(BWG) rates and feed coefficients of the four groups were 152 4%,158 5%,171 5%,170 9% and 1 58,1 49,1 45,1 46 respectively The gain rates of tilapia fed with 0 30%,0 45% citric acid was increased by 12 5%( P <0 05), 11 2%( P <0 05) , costs per kg BWG was decreased 0 27 Yuan,0 22 Yuan compared with the control,and feed coefficient was also improved by addition of citric acid Regressive analysis showed that feed coefficient and cost per kg BWG were 1 45, and 3 32 Yuan/kg respectively when the supplemental level were 0 30%~0 39% or 0 28%~0 34% So the growth of tilapia could be improved by adding appropriate citric acid and the appropriate level was 0 28%~0 34%.
