超声影像诊断技术在山羊繁殖中的应用研究

摘　　要：为探索超声影像技术用于指导山羊繁殖的可行性 ,加快山羊品改进程 ,我们应用B型超声诊断仪对繁殖状况不明的羊群进行妊娠诊断 ,对检出的未孕羊进行同期发情和人工授精试验。结果表明 ,诊断山羊妊娠准确率为 10 0 % (14 / 14 ) ,未孕准确率为 91.1% (12 2 / 134) ,同期发情有效率为 5 1.4 % (19/ 37) ,第一情期受胎率 5 7.9% (11/ 19)。To accelerate the genetic improvement of the locate goat, a B-mode ultrasound scanner was utilized in goat to diagnose pregnancy.The non-pregnant dose were used for estrus synchronization and artificial insemination.The results show that the accurancy of pregnancy diagnosis was 100%(14/14),the accurancy of diagnosis of non-pregnancy 91%(122/134),the rate of estrus synchronization 51.4%(19/37) and the first-cycle conception rate 57.9%(11/19).
