摘 要:本实验以小鼠为实验动物 ,检测已获能精子在 4℃、 2 4℃保存能否维持其受精能力 ,以期为家畜的体外受精提供有益参考。结果表明 :1) 2 4℃保存的精子受精率明显高于 37℃和 4℃保存的精子 (P <0 0 5 ) ;2 ) 2 4℃保存的精子浓度增加 ,其受精率明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;3)获能精子于 2 4℃、 5 %CO2 和空气保存 2 4h ,其受精率没有明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;4 )获能精子于 2 4℃保存 5 %CO2 2 4、 4 8和 72h后的体外受精率有明显的差异 (P <0 0 5 )。In this study,we examined whether the capacitated mouse spermatozona persevered under 4 ℃ ?24 ℃ could retain its fertility,and expect to provide some beneficial information for in vitro fertilization of domestic animal.The result as follows:1)Fertilization rates of oocyte inseminated with capacitated mouse spermatozona preserved under 24 ℃ in air was higher than that of under 4 ℃ in air (P<0 05);2)With the increasing concentration of capacitated mouse spermatozona preserved under 24 ℃ in air,fertilization rates was significantly different when the capacitated mouse spermatozona was preserved under under 24 ℃ in 5% CO 2 for 24?48 and 72 hours.
