摘　　要：本文着重探讨了制约我国电子商务目前发展缓慢的关键因素——落后的物流业,说明了物流业是电子商务发展的保证和支点,分析了我国物流业发展中的有利条件和存在的问题并展望了我国物流业的未来。At present,E-business is slump in China because of under-developed Physial Distribution.This paper discuss- es that Physical Distribution is key for E-business development.The author points out the advantages and disadvantages on developing Physical Distribution in China.In the end,the paper presents the future of Physial Distribution.
