摘　　要：谷氨酰胺合成酶 (GS)是参与高等植物氨同化过程的关键酶。介绍了高等植物谷氨酰胺合成酶及其同工酶的分布、性质。Glutamine synthetase(GS)is the key enzyme in the assimilation of ammonium in higer plants.In this paper,progress of the studies on glutamine synthetase(GS)and its isoforms in higher plants is reviewed.The distribution,properties,physiological functions and molecular biology of GS and its isoforms are introduced.
