重庆淡水鱼寄生粘孢子虫二新种(粘孢子纲:双壳目)

摘　　要：报道了中华倒刺鳃上的粘体虫一新种 ,即倒刺粘体虫Myxosomaspinibarbisp .nov .;寄生于白鲢肾中的碘泡虫一新种 ,即马氏碘泡虫Myxobolusmaisp .nov .,将 2新种与近似种进行了比较。This paper deals with two new species of Myxosporidia parasitizing two species of freshwater fishes in Beibei, Chongqing, China. Type specimens are deposited in the Faculty of Life Science, Southwest China Normal University. All measurements are given in microns.[WT5HZ][WT5HX]1 Myxosoma spinibarbi[WT5HZ] sp. nov. (Figs.1-6) Host. Spinibarbus sinensis (Bleeker).Location. gill. Locality. Jialing River in Beibei (29°49′N, 106°25′E), Chongqing.Date. 25 May 1997. Vegetative form is not observed. Spore pyriform or elliptical (accidentally) in thecal view, with rounded posterior end, tapering to anterior extremity, with widest part in half level of body and with 3-4 “V”-shaped folds on posterior part in some spores. Spore shell smooth. Spindle in sutural and top view, sutural ridge straight and distinct. Intercapsular process present in some spores. Two polar capsules, pyriform or short rod-like, unequal in size, paralleled to each other. Sporoplasm even, with two germinal nuclei and no iodinophilous vacuole. Dimensions of spores preserved in formalin: length 10.0(9.3-10.9), width 7.5(6.8-8.5), thickness 6.2(5.5-6.8); larger capsules 4.5(4.0-4.9) by 1.8(1.6-2.0), smaller polar capsules 3.3(3.0-3.5) by 1.6(1.3-1.8). This species resembles M. fusienensis Ma, 1998, but the former possesses two unequal polar capsules, while the latter has two equal polar capsules.[WT5HZ][WT5HX]2 Myxobolus mai[WT5HZ] sp.nov. (Figs. 7-11) Host. Hypophthalmichthys molitrix (Cuvier et Valenciennes). Location.Kidney. Locality.Beibei ( 29°49′N, 106°25′E). Date.6 May 1997. Vegetative form is not observed. Spore elliptical in thecal view, smooth on spore shell, or with 3-5 “V”-shaped folds on posterior part in some spores. Spindle in sutural and top view, sutural ridge straight and distinct. Intercapsular process conspicuous, triangular form, length 1.5(1.1-1.9). Two polar capsules, equal in size, pyriform, paralleled to each other, occupying 1/2 of spore cavity, and with a triangula
