摘　　要：用户 网络接口用于用户与ISDN之间的信息交换。 2B +D是一种用户 网络接口。按照功能 ,2B +D接口可分为如下 4个模块 :时基模块、电源保护模块、控制模块和传输模块。时基模块为控制模块和传输模块提供时钟 ;电源保护模块使得整个接口工作于恒定电流 ,当意外情况导致短路等故障时 ,电源保护模块保护另外的模块免受损坏。控制模块控制信息按照规定格式收 /发 ,使之与传输模块的信息格式一致 ,进而维持正常的收 /发。基于所介绍的基本速率用户 网络接口 ,设计了一种用于基本速率用户 网络接口的时基发生电路 ,分析了整个时基模块 ,包括所产生时基的优、缺点。其中有一个时基信号采用了锁相环。A user network interface is necessary to exchange information between users and the ISDN. 2B+D is one of the user network interfaces. The 2B+D interface can be divided into four modules according to its function, comprising a time base module, a power supply safeguard module, a controlling module and a transmitting module. The time base module provides clocks for the controlling module and the transmitting module. The power supply safeguard module keeps the interface work at a constant current and helps avoid a short current. The controlling module regulates the information to be sent and received in a fixed format which is the same as that of the transmitting module. The time base module is detailed and the advantage and disadvantage of the produced time base are analyzed. The time base module provides clocks which is the elementary part to run 2B+D interface steadily.
