摘 要:回顾了采用离心喷射沉积成形技术制备Ti- 48Al- 2Mn - 2Nb金属间化合物的基本特征、组织结构、力学性能等以及制备工艺和组织结构对TiAl基合金力学行为特征的影响的主要研究结果 .结果表明 。A great deal attention has been paid to gamma titanium aluminides because of their potentially attractive properties for high-temperature structural applications, such as, low density, high strength and excellent creep and oxygen resistance, etc. The mechanical behavior, including characterization, microstructure, and properties, of a Ti-48Al-2Mn-2Nb intermetallic compound which was produced by an advanced forming technology of centrifugal spray deposition (CSD), as well the effect of forming processing on its microstructure and properties, were systematically outlined and reviewed on this research in recent years. The results show that the excellent mechanical properties of TiAl intermetallic have been achieved by CSD, which reveals the advantages and promising applications of this advanced forming processing.
