摘　　要：以快速成型制造基本工作过程为基础 ,构造了远程控制快速成型加工的 3种通信模型 ;并通过分析与选择 ,确定了以 SLI文件为远程输入控制的基本模式 .基于 Winsock网络软件实现了 TCP/ IP单地址的点对点通信 ,利用客户机 /服务器模式开发了相应软件 ,完成了控制与加工数据的发送和接收 ,实现了在On the basis of the basic manufacturing process of RPM(rapid prototype manufacturing), three communicating models of RPM are constructed and discussed, and the SLI file is selected as the basic format of the remote inputting control. The TCP/IP point to point communications with single address is realized, which is based on Winsock network software. The corresponding software is developed utilizing the client/server mode. The transmitting and receiving of the controlling and machining data are accomplished. Also, the rapid prototype machine′s remote controlling and machining are realized in internet.
