摘  要:采用Tessler的连续提取程序,分别对土壤中不同形态锌的浸取温度、时间、及浸取剂的浓度进行了试验.在选择干扰抑制剂的情况下,用火焰原子吸收法对浸取液中痕量锌进行了测定和加标回收试验,从而确定了浸取土壤中不同形态锌的最佳条件.According to the continuous extracting method brought by Tessler, various conditions such as temperature, time and concentration of extract have been tried to leach the zinc of different chemical form in soil. The trace amounts of zinc in leached solution and recovery test have been de- termined successfully by FAAS when suitable interference inhibitor were added. The optimun leaching conditions of different speciation of zinc in soil were decided.
