摘  要:以 6年生美味猕猴桃“米良一号”为试材 ,研究了叶面喷施PP333对美味猕猴桃生长发育和果实贮藏性的影响。结果表明 :PP333处理后的新梢生长受到明显抑制 ,且新梢长度随着处理浓度的增加而减少。翌年植株的成花量增加 ,萌芽率和结果枝比率明显提高。叶绿素含量 ,特别是叶绿素b的含量提高明显。PP333促进果实纵径的增长 ,但对侧径和横径无显著影响。 2 0 0 0和 30 0 0mg L一次叶面喷施处理的平均单果重有明显的增加。PP333对果实的硬度及可溶性固形物含量无明显影响 。The kiwifruit vines of 6 year old “Miliang 1” ( Actinidia deliciosa C.F.Liang et A.R.Furguson cv. Miliang 1) were used for studying the effects of PP 333 application on development and storage quality of A. deliciosa . The results showed that the vine growth was inhibited significantly and was negative with the PP 333 concentration, compared with untreatment, PP 333 caused marked increase in the flower number and the percentage of germination and bearing shoot in the next year. The application of PP 333 increased chlorophyll content significantly, especially chlorophyll b, it caused increase of the diameter of abscissae, no influence on side diameter and ordinates diameter. The treatments of 2000 and 3000 mg/L PP 333 increased the average berry weight, titratable acid and Vc content markedly, but it had little influence on flesh firmness and total soluble solids (TSS).
