摘 要:试验对 0 6周龄蛋雏鸡日粮中有效磷 (AP)的需要量进行了研究。选取 1日龄罗曼蛋雏鸡 36 0只 ,随机分为 5个处理进行单因子试验 ,各处理设 4个重复 ,每重复 15只 ,试验期 6周。对以玉米豆粕为基础的日粮设计 0 .6 5 % 0 .2 5 %之间 5个处理的有效磷水平。通过对不同处理雏鸡的体增重、料重比、胫骨质量和粪磷的排泄量等数据进行分析 ,当有效磷水平为 0 .35 %和 0 .45 %时 ,可获得最好的体增重和料重比 ,两个处理间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;0 .2 5 %低水平处理组体增重低于 0 .35 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ,也低于 0 .45 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但均显著高于高水平 (0 .5 5 % 0 .6 5 % )的处理组 (P <0 .0 5 )。料重比以 0 .35 %的处理组为最高 ,达 2 .6 0± 0 .11。骨骼质量和血液指标各处理间差异不明显。粪磷的排泄量随日粮中有效磷水平升高而增加 ,0 .2 5 %和 0 .35 %处理组比 0 .6 5 %处理组磷排泄量分别减少 2 6 .6 7%和 2 2 .5 1% (P <0 .0 5 )。以上结果提示 ,以玉米豆粕为基础的日粮中有效磷水平为 0 .35 %时不仅可以获得理想的生产性能 。The effects of dietary available phosphorus(AP) levels on performance,tibia quality,serum characteristics and P excretion of 360 0~6 week pullets were studied to evaluate the optimum AP requirement through the single factorial experiment designed five treatments respectively fed five different dietary available phosphorus(AP) levels (0.25%-0.65%).The experiment lasted 6 weeks with four repeats in every treatment and 15 pullets per repeat.The results showed that in the whole six weeks,AP with 0.35% and 0.45% were likely adequate for optimum body weight gain(BWG) and feed gain ratio without significant difference(P>0.05) between the two treatments.The BWG of the treatment fed 0.25% AP was lower than those fed 0.35% AP with significant difference (p<0.05),also lower than those fed 0.45% AP(p<0.05),but much higher than those fed 0.55%-0.65% AP(p<0.05).The feed gain ratio in treatment fed 0.35% AP reached 2.60±0.11.There was no significant difference among five treatments on the tibial and serum criterion (P>0.05).The treatments fed low AP levels with 0.25% and 0.35% reduced the P excretion about 26.77% and 22.17% than that with 0.65% AP,respectively.The result showed that 0.35% AP in the dietary based on cornsoybean meal could balance the optimum performance and the environmental protection.
