椴树内含物对光肩星天牛抑制作用的研究初报

摘　　要：通过椴树内含物提取物对光肩星天牛卵和幼虫的抑制试验 ,数据分析表明 ,A1 、A2 、A3等 3种提取物对天牛卵和幼虫总体有显著抑制作用。特别对幼虫能抑制其发育速率 ,干扰正常发育 ,推迟蜕皮时间 ,最终导致死亡 。Through experiment on inhibiting ova and larva of Anolophora glabripennis by extraction from inclusion of Tilia mongolica L.,the analysis on data showed: that three kinds of extraction(A 1,A 2,A 3)have obvious inhibiting effect on Anolophora glabripennis (ova and larva). Especially,they can inhibit larva's speed of development, disturb their normal development, delay time of exuviation, and at last lead to death. All these provide possibility for development and utilization of Tilia mongolica L. in the domain of forest protection.
