摘 要:本文研究了影响松赤枯病病原菌枯斑盘多毛孢菌生长及产孢的因子。枯斑盘多毛孢菌可在较宽的温度范围内生长 ,自然光照、空气充足有利于产孢 ;该菌在改良的察氏培养基 1号上在 2 5℃恒温条件下菌丝生长速度最快 ,在改良的察氏培养基 2号上产孢量最大且培养 8天即可获得最大产孢量 ,7 47× 10 7个孢子 /皿。The growth and conidia production characteristics of Pestalotia funera Desm.,a pathogenic fungus of Pinus spp.was studied in this experiment. P.funera could grow between 12℃ and 30℃.The ability of conidia production was promoted in natural illumination and well ventilated conditions.The changed Czapek culture media was regarded as its favorite nutritive growth media,and the changed Czapek culture media as its conidia production media. P.funera could reach its biggest conidia production,7 47×10 7 spores per plate,at the eighth day after inoculation.
