摘 要:本研究以玉米双列杂交组的10个基因型为试材,用Griffing 方法4模式Ⅰ对7个主要光合性状和11个重要农艺性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明,除百粒重及有效灌浆期的特殊配合力不显著外,其它性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均十分显著。在此基础上,根据一般配合力估值和特殊配合力方差,比较全面地分析了各参试亲本的遗传特点及其在育种上可能的利用价值。另外,本文就两种配合力之间及其与籽粒产量间的关系和有关亲本选配等问题进行了分析讨论,指出选择亲本时,在兼顾一般配合力选择的同时,着重特殊配合力的选择是有益的。Ten F_1 hybrids derived from the diallel cross of five inbred lines were used to study thecombining ability of photosynthetic and agronomic traits.The results from the varianceanalysis of combining ability indicated that general combining ability (gca) and specificcombining ability (sca) were highly significant except 100-kernel weight and duration of ef-fective filling period.The relative importance of gca and sca was evaluated by their variancecomparison.The heredity for all parental characters was studied on the basis of the valuesof gca effects (g_i) and variance of sca effects,and the ultilization of the parent in heterosisbreeding is discussed.All characters of hybrid corn studied are influenced both by gca ofthe two parents and the sca effects between the two parents.The questions concerning theselection of the parents and F_1 hybrid combinations are reported.
