精子膜抗原SA-30诱导雌性小鼠的体液免疫反应

摘　　要：利用 ELISA方法检测了精子膜抗原 ( sperm antigen-30 ,SA-30 ,从牛精子膜提取的一种糖蛋白 )诱导雌性昆明系小鼠体液免疫反应的情况。结果表明 ,SA-30免疫后 ,无论是妊娠前 (间情期 )还是妊娠后 (妊娠 3d) ,小鼠的血清及子宫分泌物中都有抗 SA-30抗体 Ig G存在 ;与对照组 (用不加 SA-30的佐剂免疫 )比较 ,二者具有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,说明 SA-30具有较强的抗原性。本试验结果提示 ,抗体产生可能是Thehumoral immunereaction in female Kunming mice induced by SA-3 0 ,a glycoprotein isolated from bovine sperm membrane,was detected by EL ISA.There were stronger positive reaction with SA-3 0 in sera and uterine secretions of SA-3 0 immunized mice ascompared with the control mice ( P<0 .0 1 ) .The results showed that SA-3 0 is a potentantigen.We had found thatthere were lower fertility in SA-3 0 immunized femle Kunming mice.The present data suggest that occurance of anti- SA3 0 antibodies in sera and uterine secretions of mice may be responsible for the lowered fertility.
