猪囊尾蚴“四性细胞系”代谢产物可溶性抗原的免疫原性

摘　　要：应用仔猪 2 0头 ,以猪囊尾蚴 四性细胞系 的可溶性抗原作为免疫原 ,对经过第 1次用不同细胞剂量疫苗免疫的猪 ,再次用与细胞数量相适应的细胞代谢产物的不同剂量疫苗 ,对其中的 1 1头进行第 2次免疫 ,以第 2次还是注射细胞疫苗的 3头、只注射 1次细胞疫苗的 2头 ,和空白对照猪 2头作对照组 ,以观察代谢产物抗原的免疫原性 .于第 1次细胞疫苗免疫后的68d,最长 94d用细胞加代谢产物疫苗进行了这次免疫 ,1 4d后攻虫 ,每头使用人有钩绦虫卵 ,60 0 0枚 ,3个月后屠宰检查虫体 .第 1次用 1 0万细胞疫苗免疫 ,第 2次用 1千万细胞加代谢产物疫苗免疫该组动物中的 2头 ,平均有 5个囊尾蚴 ,但这 2头猪均发生了囊尾蚴钙化 ;另一组第1次用 1 0 0万细胞疫苗免疫 ,第 2次用 2千万细胞加代谢产物疫苗免疫该组全部 3头动物 ,平均有 3 .6个囊尾蚴 ,这 3头猪也都有囊尾蚴钙化 .2个实验组出现免疫猪的 1 0 0 %的钙化现象 ,是免疫治疗作用 。The research applied 20 subject animals(pigs), and took solubility antigen of 'four features cell line'of Cysticercus cellulosae as immune antigen to immunize the pigs by the vaccine with different dosage at the first time,and to immunize the 11 of the 18 pigs by the vaccine with different dosage of cell and its corresponding metabolite at the second time.Using 3 which were injected with cell vaccine twice,2 injected only once and 2 of control pigs,we make control experiment to observe the immunogenicity of metabolite antigen. We immunized the pigs the second time with cell adding its metabolite after 68,94 days of immunization with the cell vaccine the first time.Each of the pigs was attacked larvae by 6 000 ova.After 3 months,we killed and examined the Cysticercuses and found that at the first time,we immunized 2 pigs with 100 000 cell vaccine,the second time with 10 000 000 cells adding their metabolites,and found 5 Cysticercuses at average. But the Cysticercus cellulosae infecting the 2 pigs had been calcified. Another 3 pigs were immunized with 1 000 000 cell vaccine at the first time,and the second time with 20 000 000 cells adding their metabolites. We found 3.6 Cysticercuses at average,and these Cysticercus cellulosae were also calcified.The calcification of Cysticercus cellolusae is a special immune effect of the metabolite of 'four features cell line'of Cysticercus cellulosae.
