摘 要:采用塑料圈分层法测定试材的孔隙度和保水性能 ,采用EDTA 铵盐法测定阳离子交换量 ,采用电导仪测定CEC(可溶性盐总量 ) ,采用酸度计法测定pH值。结果表明 ,苇末基质的密度偏小 ,为 0 10 4g·cm-3 ;孔隙度偏大 ,为91 5 % ;保水性稍弱 ;阳离子交换量为 80 13cmol·kg-1,EC值为 1 83mS·cm-1;pH值为 7 87;缓冲性强 ;N、P、K含量显著高于其他基质 ,但不能满足作物整个营养期的需要 ,中、微量元素含量能够保证作物生长的需要。Physical and chemical properties of reed residue substrate were analyzed in the lab,vaporous rate and water conservation capacity using plastic layer method,cation exchange capacity(CEC)using EDTA ammonium method,electric conductivity(EC)of soil solution using EC meter and pH using pH meter.The results showed that the density,vaporous rate,CEC,EC and pH of this substrate were 0 104 g·cm -3 ,91 5%,80 13 cmol·kg -1 ,1 83 mS·cm -1 and 7 87,respectively.Contents of N,P,K in reed residue substrate was more than that in vermiculite and pearl,but still not enough to satisfy the full growth period of plant;major available microelements in reed residue substrate were enough to satisfy the full growth period of plant.The density was relative smaller and water conservation capacity was relative weaker for reed residue substrate.It is suggested that reed residue substrate should be mixed with other substrates in cultivation.
