摘  要:以产蛋后期的绍兴鸭为研究对象 ,在基础日粮中添加质量分数为 1 0 0 %的饲用脂肪 ,研究其对绍兴鸭产蛋性能和血清生长激素 (GH)、胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF 1)水平的影响。结果表明 ,绍兴鸭产蛋率提高 18 87% (P <0 0 1) ,虽然平均蛋重下降 (P <0 0 1) ,但日产蛋量仍然显著升高 18 0 8% (P <0 0 1) ,料蛋比下降了 6 0 4% (P <0 0 1) ;血清GH和IGF 1水平均显著提高。由此可见 ,给产蛋后期的绍兴鸭补充能量 ,能够显著增加血清GH和IGF 1水平 ,从而提高其产蛋性能。One percent feed fat(FF)was supplemented to the diet of Shaoxing ducks in the latter parts of the egg production cycle in order to investigate the effect of FF on egg laying performance and serum levels of GH and IGF?1 in Shaoxing ducks.The results showed that the laying rate significantly increased by 18.87%(P<0 01),although the mean egg weight evidently decreased,however,the daily egg mass markedly elevated by 18.08%(P<0 01)and feed/egg lowered by 6.04%(P<0 01).FF also significantly increased serum levels of GH(P<0 01)and IGF?1(P<0 05).It suggested that FF could promote egg laying performance of Shaoxing ducks in the latter parts of the egg production cycle and the significant increase of serum GH and IGF?1 levels probably had involved in the mechanism of the action.
