摘 要:建立稻田—鱼塘模拟生态系统 ,以研究氯唑磷农药在稻田—鱼塘模拟生态系统中的迁移、转化规律 ,及其对鱼、虾等水生生物的影响。结果表明 ,氯唑磷颗粒剂施入稻田后快速崩解并向水体释放 ,稻田水及稻田鱼沟水中最高浓度分别达 0 377mg·L-1和 0 0 84mg·L-1;施药 4h后 ,将稻田水排入邻近鱼塘 ,水塘水体中氯唑磷最高浓度达 0 0 2 2mg·L-1。水生生物对氯唑磷较为敏感 ,养殖在模拟生态系统中的鱼、虾受到一定的危害。因此氯唑磷在稻田使用时 。The environment behavior and effects of Isazofos on aquatic organisms in a paddy field and fish pond simulation ecosystem were studied.The results showed that Isazofos granular,after incorporation into paddy field,was quickly released into water.The highest concentration of Isazofos in paddy field and in ditch water were 0 377 mg·L -1 and 0 084 mg·L -1 respectively,and that in adjacent fish pond water reached 0 022 mg·L -1 if water overflowed into the fishpond 4 h after pesticide application.Fish and shrimp were very sensitive to Isazofos and damaged by Isazofos in the simulation ecosystem.It is suggested that the safety of Isazofos should be paid attention to if it is used in some areas of paddy fields where fish and shrimp are raised.
