摘  要:以云南稻种昆明小白谷与大理早籼配制的杂种培育出的重组自交系 (RILs)为材料进行耐冷性状遗传研究。结果表明 :(1)早籼与晚粳杂交培育出的RILs群体的耐冷性状的遗传多样性突出 ,并呈现广泛的遗传变异。 (2 )耐冷性状的差异既有主效基因也有微效基因 ,在长期的生态驯化过程中微效基因累积到一定程度可变为主效基因。 (3)昆明小白谷耐冷性是受主效基因支配 ,冷驯化是水稻微效耐冷基因累积获得穗期耐冷性的途径之一。The RIL (recombination inbred line) populations of the rice cross 'Kunming Xiaobaigu × Dali Zaoxian' were used to study the genetics of their characters associated with cold tolerance. Wide genetic variation and diversity were observed in the RIL populations between early indica type and late japonica type in their cold tolerance characters. The difference in cold tolerance characters involved both major and minor genes, and the accumulation of minor genes in ecological acclimation resulted in the formation of major genes. A major gene was found to control cold tolerance in Kunming Xiaobaigu. Cold acclimation is presumed to be one of the approaches by which rice genotypes may acquire cold tolerance at the booting stage.
