摘 要:采用ZobaxSIL色谱柱建立以正己烷∶异丙醇 (95∶5 )为流动相的高效液相色谱法 ,测定了卫福杀菌剂在水稻苗期植株和土壤上的残留动态。结果表明 :卫福在土壤、植株的添加回收率分别为 :萎锈灵 85 6 2 %~88 2 0 %、85 72 %~ 91 2 0 % ,福美双 85 92 %~ 90 90 %、85 96 %~ 93 6 0 %。卫福在土壤中半衰期 (t1/ 2 )萎锈灵为 3 7~ 4 6d ,福美双为 6 0~ 7 3d ;The residual dynamics of carboxin and thiram in rice plants and soil were determined with HPLC, using a Zobax SIL column and hexane:2 propanol (95∶5) as mobile phase. A method for the pretreatment and analysis of samples was established. The results showed that: recoveries of carboxin in soil and in rice plants varied from 85.62% to 88.20% and from 85.72 to 91.20% respectively; recoveries of thiram in soil and in rice plants varied from 85.92% to 90.90% and from 85.96% to 93.60% respectively; half life of carboxin was 3.7%~4.6% while that of thiram was 6.0%~7.3%. Residues were not detected in seedbed soil or in rice seedlings before the transplanting of rice seedlings. Based on the former results, we can come to the conclusion that the residual pollution of carboxin and thiram is negligible and its application to rice is safe.
