禽毒菌净对小白鼠免疫功能的影响

摘  要:禽毒菌净是由中药经过精细加工提取而制成的中药冲剂 ,具有抗菌、抗病毒作用。采用常规方法研究了不同剂量的禽毒菌净对小白鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :高剂量组小白鼠血清凝集素 (血清抗体稀释度为 19 10± 1 85 )与对照组 (10 80± 1 75 )比较差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ,中剂量组 (16 0 0± 1 5 6 )与对照组(10 80± 1 75 )比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高剂量组血清中溶血素含量 (2 5 4 0± 6 7)U/mL与对照组 (139 0±2 9)U/mL比较差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ,中剂量组 (2 4 5 0± 4 8)U/mL、低剂量组 (2 0 3 0± 3 7)U/mL与对照组 (139 0± 2 9)U/mL比较差异均显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,吞噬率高剂量组(76 0± 5 8) %与对照组 (33 0± 2 7) %比较差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ,中剂量组 (6 1 0± 4 9) %与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。禽毒菌净对大白鼠血浆蛋白 3个剂量组均高于对照组 ,高、中剂量组γ 球蛋白含量与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。Anti virus and anti bacterium agent for fowl consist of transitional Chinese medicine, which have anti virus and anti bactera function The experiment investigated effect of different doses of anti virus and anti bactera agent for fowl on immune function of mouse. Serum agglutinator in high dose group (blood serum antibody dilution rate 19 10±1 85) and medium dose group (16.00±1.56) was significantly higher than in coutrol group (10 80±1 75). The serum hemolysin of mouse in high dose group (254 0±6 7)U/mL(reference xu shu yun method), medium dose group (245 0±4 8)U/mL and low dose group (203 0±3 7)U/mL were significantly higher than that in control dose group (139 0±2 9)U/mL. In terms of phago function of macrophages in the abdominal cavity of mouse, the swallow rate in high dose group(76 0±5 8)% ( P <0 01) and medium dose group (61 0±4 9)% were significantly higher than that in control group (33 0±2 7)%( P <0 05). The plasma protein content of rats in experimental groups were significantly higher than that in control dose group. The globulin level in high dose group (1 67±0 29)g/L and medium dose group (1 56±0 20)g/L was significantly higher than in control group(1 0±0 13)g/L( P <0 05).
